摘　　要：目的　探讨囊性听神经瘤的病因、临床诊断与治疗特点。方法　回顾分析 11例囊性听神经瘤的临床资料。术后随访 0 .5～ 3年。结果　肿瘤全切 8例 ( 72 .7%) ,面神经保留 7例 ( 63 .6%) ,其功能保留 4例。 1例术后人工辅助呼吸于 19天死于肺炎 ,其余恢复良好。结论　听神经瘤的囊变可能与肿瘤生长所致的组织缺血有关 ,其手术效果(面、听神经保留 )Objective To explore the etiology,clinical diagnossis and treatment results of cystic acoustic neuromas.Method The clinic data of 11 cases wich cystic acousticneuromas follow-up period was from 6 months to 3 years.Results The tumors were analysed retros patively were resected completely in 8 cases (72.7%),facial nerve preserv in 7 cases (63.6%).Partial function of facial nerve were preserved in 4 cases.1 patient who had been supported by ventilator died of pneumonia after operation at the 19th day,and others recovered completely after operation.Conclusion The cystic acoustic neuromas may be resulted by tumor ischemia.It may be obtained good outcome after operation.
