摘 要:目的 探讨军队医院护理人力资源的利用现状,以便合理配置现有护理人力资源,使工作效率达到最大化。方法 自行设计问卷对5所军队医院45个临床科室的330名护理人员进行日床边护理工作时问分布状况调查。结果 不同等级医院日有效工时超过7 h,5所医院中4所有效护理工时超过5 h;5所医院中医院 1、医院2、医院 3周一至周五有效护理工时差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);5 所医院护理项目在周一至周五出现的频次不完全相同。结论 只有将护理人员按照不同的护理项目合理组合,形成最佳的能力结构和职称结构,才能真正实现以病人为中心的整体护理。Objective To explore the present situation in utilizing of the nursing human resources in military hospitals, to rationize allocation of the nursing human resources and optionize work efficiency. Methods The profiles of the nursing human resources were investigated in three hundred and thirty nurses of 45 clinical departments and rooms from 5 military hospitals by using self-designed questionnaire. Results Efficient man-hour exceded 7 h at different levels of hospitals. In 4 of 5 hospitals efficient nursing man-hour exceded 5 h, including 3 hospitals where efficient nursing man-hour was significantly different from Monday to Friday (P<0. 05). In these 5 hospitals, nursing projects were not exactly the same from Monday to Friday. Conclusion An optional structure appropriate to the working capabilities and the technical titles should be constructed according to operation projects and the definite nursing practices clinically demanded,so as to realize hotislic nursing care centered on patients.
