公猪2—8月龄生殖器官发育的解剖学及组织学观察

摘　　要：公猪何时开始配种,应以其性行为、生殖器官及生殖机能的发育状况为依据。对公猪生殖器官的发育外国虽有报导,但不系统。本试验的目的在于观察巴克夏与吉林地方猪杂交育成的吉林黑品种公猪,在不同月龄生殖器官的发育,确定较合适的开始配种的月龄,并为研究我国其他地方种的公猪的生殖器官发育作为参考。The anatomical and histological investigations on the development of reproductive organs of 2 to 8 month-lod boars of the Kirin Black breed are presented.This work is in succession to our previous paper. Fourteen Kirin Black boars were employed in this investigation and 1 or 2 animals were killed at 15-day intervals between the age of 2 and 8 months in order to make anatomical and histological observations on the reproductive organs throughout. (1)The testes grew rapidly during 3 to 5 months of age.The average weight of 4 month- old testis was 24.5 gm.,showed an increase of 250 per cent over that of 3 month-old,and that of 5 month-old testis was 63.9 gm.,showed an increase of 161 per cent over that of the 4 month-old.The increase in weight of testis is closely related to age and body weight of the boars.The trend in the development of the epididymis is similar to that of the testis. (2)An increase in the number of primary spermatocytes was noticed in the semineferous tubules at 4.5 months of age and the secondary spermatocytes were also found at this time. At 5 months of age,a large number of spermatozoa attached along the wall of tubules and free spermatozoa were found in the lumen of tubules.The growth in the diameter of semine- ferous tubules and the production of normal sperm proceeded rapidly hereafter with age. (3)The development of the accessory sex glands is generally in accordance with that of the testes.Both seminal vesicles and bulbourethral glands showed a rapid growth during the 3rd to 5th month.The average weight of the 4th month seminal vesicles showed an increase of 212 per cent over that of the 3rd month,and that of the 5th month showed an increase of 232 per cent over the 4th month's.The average weight of the 4th month bulbourethral glands showed an increase of 248 per cent over that of the 3rd month,and the 5th month glands showed an increase of 129 per cent over the 4th month ones.The growth rate of testes ex- ceeded that of the accessory sex glands in 4 to 7 month-old boars,vice versa during
