摘 要:目的 :探讨克浊肾舒散对实验大鼠糖尿病肾脏病变的改善作用机制。方法 :实验大鼠诱发糖尿病肾脏病变 4周后 ,克浊肾舒散给药 10周 ,评价克浊肾舒散对糖尿病大鼠肾脏自由基代谢和非酶糖基化的影响。结果 :克浊肾舒散可以提高糖尿病肾脏病变大鼠肾脏超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,降低肾脏过氧化脂质 (LPO)水平 ,减少肾皮质 5 -羟甲基糖醛 (5 -HMF)释放量和肾小球系膜区硝基四氮唑蓝 (NBT)染色强度。结论 :克浊肾舒散可能通过减轻糖尿病大鼠肾脏自由基代谢紊乱和抑制非酶糖基化反应 ,改善糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变。Objective:To investigate the mechanism of ameliorative effect of Kezhuoshenshusan(KZS) on renal lesions in experimental diabetic rats.Methods:Diabetic rats were brought out renal lesions 4 weeks later,and treated with KZS for 10 weeks,the effect of KZS on renal free radical metabolism and non-enzymatic glycosylation was evaluated.Results:KZS treatment enhanced the renal superoxide dismutase decresed lipid peroxide levels in renal tissue of diabetic rats.After administration of KZS,the liberated 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5-HMF) from renal cortex and nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) staining intensity in glomerular mesangial areas were significantly reduced in diabetic rats.Conclusion: Attenuation of free radical metabolism disturbance and inhibition of non-enzymatic glycosylation in kidney may be ameliorate renal lesions in esperimental diabetic rats.
