摘　　要：目的探讨破裂动脉瘤的手术时机及要点。方法回顾性分析19例已破裂的前循环脑动脉瘤的显微手术治疗及其疗效。结果其中1例死于术后血管痉挛并发症,其余18例行夹闭术后,恢复达到优良者15例,较差2例,植物生存1例。结论只要选择适宜时机手术治疗仍是破裂脑动脉瘤最基本和有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the timing and skill of surgical treatment for ruptured cerebral aneurysms.Method Data of19cases of ruptured aneurysms in anterior portion of willis circle under microscope were analysed retrospectively.Results Aneurysms of the19cases were clipped.Of them,satisfactory results were obtained in15cases,poor in2,and1remained unconscious;the rest one patient died from postoperative complication of vasospasm.Conclusion Selecting the appropriate opportunity,the microsurgery is still a basic and effective method in ruptured aneurysms treatment,mostly in primary level hospital.
