摘　　要：介绍了茴脑的性质以及精油单离、粗硫酸盐松节油分离及化学合成等工业生产方法,并介绍了茴脑在食品、日化等领域的应用和作为中间体在合成香料、医药品及其它精细化学品的应用。In this paper,physical properties of anethole and its industrial production methods are introduced.Uses of anethole in the fields such as food additives,household products and synthetic perfume,medicine and other fine chemicals are also described in detail.
