护士职业相关性神经肌肉损伤现状及对人体力学知识认知调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解护士职业相关性神经肌肉骨骼损伤(俗称腰背痛)及其对人体力学知识的认知情况。方法随机选取4省16家医院14305名护士进行问卷调查,对获得的资料进行整理及分析,提出改进对策。结果护士腰背痛发生比例为93. 73%,远高于普通人群; 90. 1%的护士表示对人体力学知识有需求。结论职业相关性神经肌肉骨骼损伤对护士健康造成了一定的影响,应加强相关人体力学知识的培训。Objective To know nurses’ knowledge and condition about occupation related neuromuscular injuries( usually called back pain) and manual handling. Methods A designed Questionnaire was random distributed to those 14305 clinical nurses from Zhejiang、Guangxi、Shanxi and Haerbin via Wechat. The collected data was analyzed and recommendations were provided. Results The survey received an effective response rate of 98. 3%. Among them,93. 7% nurses reported that they had lower back pain caused by manual handling during nursing practice from time to time. 90. 1% nurses demanded correct manual handling education. Conclusion Lower back pain affected nurses’ physical condition seriously. Manual handling education is urgent required in different organizations in China. Nurses need manual handling knowledge and skill applied in their daily practice safely.
