摘　　要：目的探讨专科新护士独立值班资质准入的实施办法及效果。方法制定肿瘤科新护士独立值班资质准入评价指标及培训内容,导师一对一带教指导,科室考核小组进行综合考核,达标后独立值班。比较实施新护士独立值班资质准入前后新护士不良事件的发生频次及对工作的满意度。结果实施肿瘤科新护士独立值班资质准入后,新入科16名护士工作一年内共发生不良事件25次,工作满意度平均95分,效果明显优于实施前13名新护士发生的不良事件45次及工作满意度80分,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论实施专科新护士独立值班资质准入管理,能有效保障新护士独立值班的工作质量及安全,并提升其工作满意度。Objective This study aims to explore the implementing measures and effects of new specialist nurses independenton-duty permission system. Methods A new nurse specialist can be on duty independently after receiving one-on-one instruction by clinical tutors,being assessed by departmental assessment team,and being considered to have met the standard of the evaluating indices system and training about new oncology nurses independent-on-duty permission system. The occurrence frequencies of adverse events and the degree of job satisfaction have been compared before and after the implementation of new specialist nurses independent-on-duty permission system. Results After new oncology nurses independent-on-duty permission system has been implemented,25 adverse events were caused by16 new nurses in a year,whose score of job satisfaction was 95 on average,apparently better than the situation before,in which13 new nurses caused 45 adverse events in a year,and their job satisfaction score was 80 on average. The differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of new specialist nurses independent-on-duty permission system can effectively guarantee the working quality and safety of new nurses who are on duty independently,as well as improve new nurses’ job satisfaction.
