摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈鳞状上皮病变和宫颈鳞癌中P16和ATM蛋白的表达与临床意义。方法运用免疫组化法检测P16和ATM蛋白在正常宫颈鳞状上皮、鳞状上皮病变、鳞癌中的表达,分析其表达与鳞状上皮病变、鳞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 P16在正常鳞状上皮和鳞状上皮病变、鳞状上皮病变和鳞癌、正常鳞状上皮和鳞癌各组中表达的差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);ATM在不同级别上皮病变组中的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。宫颈鳞癌中P16阳性和阴性组与ATM阳性和阴性组表达的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),二者表达呈负相关(P <0.05)。结论联合检测P16和ATM蛋白表达,可能作为判定宫颈鳞状上皮病变和鳞癌生物学行为和预后的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P16 and ATM proteins in cervical squamous epithelial lesions and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P16 and ATM proteins in normal cervical squamous epithelium,squamous epithelial lesion and squamous cell carcinoma,and to analyze the relationship between the expression of P16 and ATM proteins and the clinicopathological features of squamous cell lesion and squamous cell carcinoma.Results The expression of P16 in normal squamous epithelial and squamous epithelial lesions,squamous epithelial lesions and squamous cell carcinoma,normal squamous epithelium and squamous cell carcinoma were significantly different(P<0.05);ATM in different grades of epithelial lesions had no significant difference(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the expression of P16 between positive and negative groups and ATM positive and negative groups in cervical squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05),and there was a negative correlation between the expression of P16 and ATM(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of P16 and ATM proteins may be used as a reference index to determine the biological behavior and prognosis of cervical squamous epithelial lesions and squamous cell carcinoma.
