摘　　要：国际化发展是提升民营企业竞争力的重要途径。近些年来,民营经济发达地区的浙江台州民营企业在国际化发展方面取得了一定成效,但也存在一些制约因素。在全面对外开放背景下,浙江台州民营企业必须加快国际化发展步伐,做大做强做优;积极主动'走出去''引进来';切实发挥政府的主导作用;加快国际化发展人才的培育。International development is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of private enterprises.In recent years,private enterprises in Taizhou,Zhejiang Province,which has developed private economy,have made some achievements in international development,but there are also some constraints.Under the background of all-round opening up,private enterprises in Taizhou,Zhejiang,must accelerate the pace of international development,become bigger,stronger and better;actively'go out'and'bring in';effectively play the role of the government;and accelerate the cultivation of talents for international development.
