Identification and evaluation of new wheat 1BL/1RS translocations

摘  要:应用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(A PAGE)技术,对利用1BL/1RS易位材料异源2号作为亲本创制的58个新品系进行了检测与分析。根据小麦—黑麦1BL/1RS标记位点Gld1B3的有无,鉴定出49个品系为易位系,只有9个品系为非易位系。对新品系的株高、有效穗数、小穗数、穗粒数、千粒重及穗粒重等6个性状进行了考察分析,结果表明部分易位系表现出一个或多个优良的性状,可供作为亲本材料在育种中进一步利用。少数易位系综合性状表现优异,可望进一步直接培育成新品种。对易位系性状间相关分析表明,小穗数与有效穗数、穗粒重与穗粒数和千粒重呈极显著正偏相关,千粒重与穗粒数、穗粒重与有效穗数呈显著或极显著负偏相关,其余性状间偏相关均不显著。经差异显著性检验表明,易位系与非易位系之间除小穗数外,其余考察性状表现均无显著差异。The storage protein gliadins of 58 combinations derived from Yiyuan 2,a wheat-rye 1BL/1RS translocation,were analyzed by acide polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(A-PAGE).49(84.48?%)1BL/1RS translocations and 9 non-1BL/1RS translocations were detected.The agronomic characters of these 1BL/1RS translocations such as plant height,effective tillers,spikelets per spike,kernels per spike,1000-grain weight and grain weight per spike were evaluated.The results showed that the 1BL/1RS translocations had some better agronomic characters than non-1BL/1RS translocations.The partial correlation coefficients among 6 characters were studied. The positive significant correlations were found between spikelets per spike and effective tillers,grain weight per spike and kernels per spike,grain weight per spike and 1000-grain weight.But negative significant partial correlations were found between 1000-grain weight and kernels per spike,grain weight per spike and effective tiller.
