美日生产资料分销体制的比较及对我国的启示

摘　　要：我国传统的生产资料分销体制带有浓厚的计划经济色彩。加入WTO后,我国的分销领域将进一步向外国企业开放。如何借鉴发达国家的生产资料分销体制来进一步改革我国的生产资料分销体制具有重要意义。本文通过对美日两国生产资料分销体制的比较,说明了美国的分销模式在一定程度上代表了工业化国家的一般趋势,同时,对我国生产资料分销体制的改革提供了启示。The traditional distribution system of means of production in China is full of strong flavor of planned economy. After joining the WTO, the field of distribution in China will be further open to foreign enterprises. It is significant to how to draw on the experience of distribution system of means of production in developed countries to further reform China's distribution system. Compared to distribution system of Japan, the pattern of distribution of America represents a general trend in industrial countries, which is helpful to reform China's distribution system.
