摘　　要：目的　探讨环扎加压术后脉络膜脱离的病因、治疗及预后。方法　回顾性分析环扎加压术后脉络膜脱离患者 2 1例 2 1眼。结果　环扎加压术后脉络膜脱离的原因 :高血压、糖尿病、老龄化 ,环扎过紧、过后 ,冷凝过度、位置偏后 ,放液后眼压低未采取升压措施。结论　环扎加压术后脉络膜脱离引起血 -眼屏障破坏 ,PVR发展 ,裂孔愈合不良 ,最终导致术后网膜解剖复位率下降 ,视力恢复较差 ,所以我们应积极预防。Objective To investigate the reason and treatment of choroidal detachment after scleral circling and buckling.Methods 21 patients with choroidal detachment after scleral circling and buckling were analyzed retrospectively.Results The causes of postoperative choroidal detachment included high blood pressure,diabetes,aging,too tight scleral circling,over cryopexy,and hypotension after subretinal fluid drainage.Conclusions It is important to take measures pveventing the above risk factors.
