摘　　要：酸饮料具有保健作用。我们用正交试验法设计醋酸果汁型饮料的配方,科学合理;用模糊数学方法判断饮料的感官质量,克服了评判人员的主观性:取得了理想的研制结果。This kind of drink has the fuction of health protection. We make up a rational prescription by using inductive method and use blurred mathematics to judge the quality of sense organ. It is obvious that it can avoid the subjectivity of judgers. We have gained the ideal result.
