摘　　要：河南省地处中原,连结我国的东、西部地区,在我国实施西部大开发的过程中,河南省提出的"东引西进"的战略,在实施"东引西进"战略的过程中,河南省应立足自身及东西部地区的特点,明确"东引西进"战略的目标及相应对策,以求在"东引西进"的过程中获取最大的综合效益。Henan Province lives in central China, and is the joint -area of western and eastern China, in the process of the grand development of western China, Henan has raised the strategy, that is introduce from the east, develop to the west, In the implement process of the strategy of introduce 'introduce from the east, develop to the west', Henan province should gain a footed on the characters of east and west areas and itself, know the aims and corresponding measures for the strategy, so as to achieve marcimum comprehensive benefit.
