摘 要:针对过程生产温控现状,根据PID调节器的控制特性,结合CL语言的顺控功能,设计了双调节器温控回路,实现了冷、热媒顺利可靠的切换.实践证明,温控准确率达到±1℃,同时从热媒到冷媒的切换时间小于5s,实现了温度的在线控制.Aiming at the temperature control of reactor status in quo in process production, a control plan is provided according to the control function of PID adjuster, which contains temperature control loop with double PID adjusters and accomplishes switching from heating media to cooling media successfully and reliably, combining the sequence -control capability of CL. Testified by application, the veracity of temperature control is in the range of ±1 ℃ and the switching time from heating media to cooling media is smaller than 5 seconds. The temperature control online has been accomplished.
