催化燃烧法处理聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯生产废气

摘　　要：采用催化燃烧法处理聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯生产过程排放的含乙醛、2 甲基 1,3 二氧戊烷、乙二醇的废气 ,用进口Pt +Pd/Al2 O3 CeO2 球状催化剂作废气催化燃烧的催化剂。在催化燃烧反应器床层空速为 2 0 0 0 0h-1、催化剂用量为 935mL、反应器入口温度为 2 5 0℃、进口废气总烃质量浓度为 2 5 5 5～ 5 0 99mg/m3 的条件下 ,处理后废气的总烃质量浓度为 1～ 38mg/m3 ,远低于 12 0mg/m3 的国家排放标准 ,且总烃去除率达到 98.6 %～ 10 0 % ,乙醛质量浓度小于 99mg/m3 ,低于 12 5mg/m3Waste gas in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) production containing ethylene glycol,2-methy1-1,3-dioxolane and acetic aldehyde was treated by catalytic combustion process using an imported spherical catalyst based on Pt+Pd/Al_2O_3-CeO_2.Under the conditions of 2000 h^(-1) of space velocity,935 mL of catalyst dosage,250℃ of inlet temperature and 2555-5099 mg/m^3 of inlet total hydrocarbon mass concentration,the mass concentration of total hydrocarbons in treated gas is 1-38 mg/m^3,which is greatly lower than 120 mg/m^3 of the national standaard.
