摘  要:基于H3 BO3 与 β CD配合成大阴离子 ,与不同的阳离子表面活性剂作用不同 ,建立了快速分离检测阳离子表面活性剂的毛细管电泳电导法。研究了H3 BO3 与 β CD的浓度 ,缓冲液的酸度和浓度对分离的影响。在优化的实验条件下 ,溴化四丁基铵 (TBAB)、溴化十二烷基三甲基铵 (DTAB)、溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)阳离子表面活性剂 10min内完全分离 ,峰形良好。线性范围分别为TBAB 10 -3 ~ 10 -5mol/L ,DTAB1.0× 10 -3 ~ 5 .0× 10 -6mol/L ,CTMAB 1.0× 10 -3 ~ 5 .0× 10 -6mol/L。检测限分别为TBAB 7.5× 10 -6mol/L ,DTAB 1.7× 10 -6mol/L ,CTMAB 1.0× 10 -6mol/L。方法用于合成水样分析 。A rapid capillary electrophoresis method with conductance detection for the determination of cationic surfactants was developed based on big anions formed by reaction of H 3BO 3 with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and the different roles between big anion and surfactant. The effect with different pH values, concentration of H 3BO 3 and β-CD on the separation was discussed in detail. Tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBAB), Dodecyl trimethylammonium bromide(DTAB) and Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) were separated with good peak shapes within 10 min using a pH 5.0 buffer solution of 10 mmol/L NaOH- 8 mmol/L Cit in the presence of 10 mmol/L H 3BO 3-15 mmol/L β-CD. There is an excellent linearity between peak height and concentration of analytes in the concentration range of 1.0×10 -3~1.0×10 -5 mol/L , 1.0×10 -3~5.0×10 -6 mol/L, 1.0×10 -3~5.0×10 -6 mol/L for TBAB, DTAB and CTMAB, respectively. The detection limits(S/N=3) for TBAB, DTAB and CTMAB are 7.5×10 -6 mol/L, 1.7×10 -6 mol/L and 1.0×10 -6 mol/L, respectively. The method has been applied for the determination of cationic surfactants in synthetic water with satisfactory results.
