胃癌与胃溃疡病变的核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)定量研究

摘　　要：应用嗜银方法对18例肠型胃癌、16例胃溃疡、34例正常粘膜对照组进行了核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)的定量研究。在胃粘膜病变中Ag-NORs值随病变程度的加重而递增。Ag-NORs均值除对照的正常胃粘膜组(P>0.05)外,其余各病变组间Ag-NORs均值有显著性差异(P<0.01)。因此Ag-NORs计数可作为胃癌、胃溃疡鉴别的一种定量指标。Using a silver staining technique, Ag-NORs have been studied in paraffin sec-tions of 18 cases of 'intestinal type' of gastric carcinoma, 16 gastric ulcer, and 34 nor-mal gastic mucosa served as control. The results showed that Ag-NORs count wasincreased along with the increase in the degree of atypism in the gastric mucosal lesions. Significant differences were found in the mean values of Ag-NORs count amongvarious groups except the normal control. Hence, it indicated that Ag-NORs could beused as a quantitative parameter for the differentiation of malignant from benigngastric lesions.
