健康老年人的血栓前状态的研究

摘　　要：本文分别对36例健康老年人及老年前期者进行可能反映血栓前状态的指标检测,其正常值取自20～40岁的40名健康人。发现健康老年人血小板活性增高(PAGT)、Fn增高、VWF:Ag增高、抗凝血活性改变(AT Ⅲ:C增高,AT Ⅲ:Ag降低)及纤溶系统的改变(PLG降低)。健康老年人与老年前期的检查结果比较,均存在血小板活性增高,不同的是健康老年人VWF:Ag增高、AT Ⅲ:C增高、AT Ⅲ:Ag及PLG降低较老年前期更多(P<0.05)。此外,作者对未治疗的14例老年人进行了3年的随访,发现初测AT Ⅲ:C降低的3例发生了脑血栓形成,PAGT、Fn、VWF:Ag三项一齐升高的3例发生了冠心病。Determinations of platelet aggregation rate (PAGT), APTT, VWF:Ag, fibronectin(Fn), ATⅢ:C. ATⅢ:Ag. and plasminogen (PLG) in 36 healthy aged and pre-agedpersons were reported. The results indicated that healthy aged persons usually wereof the prethrombotic state. The levels of PAGT and Fn increased. The levels of VWF:Ag and ATⅢ:C increased in healthy aged more markedly than pre-aged (P<0.05). But the levels of ATⅢ:Ag and PLG decreased in healthy aged more markedlythan pre-aged (P<0.05). Fourteen untreated elderly were followed-up. Cerebral thr-ombosis was observed in 3 cases with decreased ATⅢ:C. Coronary heart disease wasobserved in 3 cases with increased PAGT, Fn and VWF:Ag.
