摘  要:余甘果是亚热带植物余甘子的果实,含有丰富维生素C,民间广泛用作保健和医疗食品。国内最近的研究证明,余甘果能阻断强致癌物N-亚硝基化合物在动物、人体内外的合成,阻断率皆为90%以上余甘果含有对人体有益的活性物质——超氧物歧化酶(SOD),每克含SOD活力为482.14u。15名老年受试者,饮用余甘果汁后红细胞SOD活力明显高于服用前(P<0.01),上升率100%,血浆中脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量下降,下降率为73%。The phyllanthus Emblica is a kind of sub-tropical crops whose fruits are of distinctive flavour, taste at first acid and astringent, then sweet, helping produce saliva. The fruit contains Vitamin C, various. kinds of amino acid, inorganic mineral substance, rich nutrition, and is widely used as health improving medicinal stuff among the people. Recent resear- ches in our country demonstrate that the phyllanthus Emblica fruit can block formations of strong cancerogenic substance N-nitrous chemicul compound in a human or animal body. The blocking rate is above 90%. Therefore the fruit is considered as the stuff which prevent cancers from growing. The phyllanthus Emblica fruit contains active substance super- oxide dismutase(SOD), that is good for human body. The content of SOD in one gram of the phyllanthus Emblica fruit is 482.4u. After having taken respectively the juice of that fruit for two months, 15 old subjects's SOD in their red blood cells are obviously higher than those before taking it (p<0.01), the rising rate being 100%, while the content of LPO in blood plasma becomesless, the declining rate being 73%. This result shows that the phyllanthus Emblica fruit have an antiager's effect. These research achievements shall promote the development and use of the fruit resources in our country.
