摘　　要：目的 :探讨可控式电解弹簧圈 (GDC)栓塞治疗术中 ,动脉瘤破裂出血的诊断以及防治。方法 :通过回顾 GDC栓塞治疗 50例患者及复习文献 ,对术中 5例动脉瘤破裂患者的先兆症状、相应处理、预后情况进行了分析。结果 :5例5个动脉瘤术中发生破裂 ,占总数 9.8% ,全部经继续栓塞 GCD,完全治愈。结论 :GDC栓塞颅内动脉瘤是一种安全、可靠的方法 ,但仍有动脉瘤术中破裂等严重并发症发生的可能 ,术中严密观察意识、瞳孔、血压、心率 ,选择恰当的栓塞材料 ,随时注意影像学改变 ,对预防和及时发现动脉瘤术中破裂至关重要。若遇动脉瘤术中破裂 ,对症处理的同时继续栓塞 。Objective:To investigate the diagnosis of the rupture intracranial aneurysms during embolization with Guglielmi detachable coil(GDC).Methods:50 cases embolised with GDC and relative literatures were retrospectively analyzed.5 rupture cases during the operations were analyzed about their rupture aurae,treatment methods and results.Results:5 aneurysms ruptured in our research group and were embolised with GDC comtinuously.All of the patients were cured.Conclusion:Embolization of intracranial aneurysms with GDC was safe and effective.But it′s possible to rupture during the operation.We should choose the appropriate embolization tools and pay attention to the change of the life signs and the DSA images.If the aneurysms rupture during the operation,we can cure them by embolization with GDC continuously.
