改良式烤瓷粘结桥修复单个前牙缺失的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探索一种较理想地修复单个前牙缺失的方法。方法:基牙预备与3/4冠稍有不同,不破坏邻接点,切端止于距切缘1mm处。制作烤瓷粘结桥,基牙用抛光膏清洁。37%磷酸酸蚀15秒,涂AQUA-PREPTMF再湿剂二遍,涂One-step二遍,光固化10秒。混均C&B cement,粘固。结果:单个前牙缺失,应用改良式烤瓷粘结桥修复134例,经3年观察,成功率96.2%。结论:改良式烤瓷粘结桥是修复单个前牙缺失的一种较理想的方法。Objective: To explore an ideal method to restore single front missing tooth. Methods: Preparation of abutmentwas a little different from that of partial crown in that the approximal point was left untouched and the incisal end was 1mm distant from the cutting edge. After the adhesion fixed bridge was finished, the abutment was cleaned with polish pasteand etched with 37% phosphorous acid. Then the AQUA-PREPTMF and One-step bonding agent were spread on theprepared areas respectively for two times following 10 seconds photofixation. C&B was mixed well to cement the bridge.Results: Single front missing teeth were restored using this kind of method in 134 cases with success rate of 96.2% after3 years follow-up. Conclusion: Improved porcelain-fused-to adhesion fixed bridge is an ideal method to restore singlefront missing tooth.
