摘　　要：目的　研究Ki6 7、c erbB 2表达与髓母细胞瘤发生及预后的关系。方法　采用S P免疫组化法检测 7例正常小脑、2 2例髓母细胞瘤Ki6 7、c erbB 2的表达。结果　Ki6 7、c erbB 2在髓母细胞瘤中的表达率显著高于正常小脑(P <0 .0 5 )。未分化组、经典型、肿瘤直径 >5cm组髓母细胞瘤中Ki6 7高表达 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,c erbB 2则与肿瘤坏死和肿瘤大小有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　Ki6 7、c erbB 2均参与了髓母细胞瘤的发生 。Objective To study the role of Ki67,c erbB 2 in medulloblastoma oncogenesis and prognosis.Methods S P immunohistochemical staining technique was used to detect the expression of Ki67,c erbB 2 in 7 cases of normal cerebellum and 22 cases of medulloblastoma.Results The expression of Ki67,c erbB 2 in medulloblastoma was much higher than that in normal cerebellum( P <0.05).In the groups which was undifferentiated,classical type and the diameter of tumor was bigger than 5 cm showed higher expression of Ki67( P <0.05).The expression of c erbB 2 was correlated with the necrosis and volume of tumor( P <0.05).Conclusion The expression of Ki67,c erbB 2 is correlated with the oncogenesis and the prognosis.
