摘　　要：目的 :探讨左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的外科治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析我院收治的5 7例左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻病例的临床资料。结果 :一期切除吻合术 4 7例 ,Hartmann手术 5例 ,捷径手术 2例 ,近端结肠双腔造口术 3例 ,一期切除吻合术并吻合口瘘发生率为 6 .4 %。结论 :对左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻应根据病人的全身情况 ,癌肿的局部情况选择合适的术式。Objective: To study the surgery method to treat left colonic carcinoma complicated with obstruction of intestine. Method: We reviewed 57 cases data of left colonic carcinoma complicated with obstruction of intestine.Result: I stage excision repair 47 cases , Hartmann operation 5 cases, the simple operation 2 cases near colonic introduction 3 cases. The fistula rate complicated with I stage excision repair is 6.4%. Conclusion: The approperate operation of the carcinoma is selected according of the state of the patients.
