0期乳腺癌18例保乳手术治疗

摘　　要：目的 :探讨乳腺导管内视镜检出的 0期乳癌施行保乳手术的效果。方法 :将乳腺导管内视镜检出的36例导管内癌患者随机分为两组分别行保乳手术和仿Ⅱ根治术 (MRMII) ,分析治疗效果。结果 :随访 6月到 36月(中位 2 6月 ) ,两组均无复发及转移。两组均无死亡病例。保乳手术组患者术后在乳房外观和生存质量方面明显优于MRMII组。结论 :对乳腺导管内视镜检出的 0期乳癌施行保留乳房手术是可行的。Purpose:To investigate the effect of breast-conserving operation for zero-stage breast cancer. Methods:36 patients with zero-stage breast cancer diagnosed by breast-duct endoscopy were divided into two groups at random. The experimental group (18 cases) underwent localized breast-conserving operation.The control group (18 cases) underwent type Ⅱ of MRM(MRMⅡ) operation.Results:No mortality in two groups took place. No metastasis or recurrence occured by follow-up 0.5 to 3 years(median 2.2 years). The patients of the experimental group have an advantage obviously over the control group in terms quality of life.Conclusions:It is feasible to use localized breast-conserving surgery for the zero-stage breast cancer diagnosed by breast-duct endoscopy.
