摘 要:研究了N-[(3-二甲氨基)丙基]-脂肪酸酰胺对一水硬铝石(Al2O3·H2O)的泡沫浮选行为.结果表明,使用该捕收剂,一水硬铝石的回收率最高达99.7%以上.在等电点附近一水硬铝石的回收率最高.碱性条件下,一水硬铝石的回收率急剧下降.增加N-[(3-二甲氨基)丙基]-脂肪酸酰胺的用量,可有效地提高一水硬铝石的回收率.通过测定矿物的Zeta电位,表明一水硬铝石的等电点(IEP)大约为6.2.根据矿物的红外吸收光谱和Zeta电位,讨论了表面吸咐机理,认为N-[(3-二甲氨基)丙基]-脂肪酸酰胺主要通过静电力和氢键的方式吸咐在矿粒表面.The flotation behaviour of diaspore using N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-fatty amide as a collector have been investigated. The FT-IR and Zeta potential were used to study the adsorption mechanism of diaspore surface. The result shows that 1) the recovery of diaspore may reach the maximum value (99. 7%) when it is near the isoelectric point(IEP), 2) under alkaline condition, the recovery of diaspore will be dropped rapidly, however, it can be increased when the N- (3-dimethylaminopropyl)-fatty amide concentration increases, and 3) the isoelectric point (IEP) of diaspore is about 6. 2. So it is thought that the N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-fatty amide is adsorbed on diaspore surface mainly by electrostatic force and hydrogen bond.
