摘　　要：目的 :了解脂肪肝对肝功能的影响。方法 :对 4 0 0 9名各类人员做空腹腹部B超、肘静脉血肝功能检验、胸部X片等检查。结果 :脂肪肝的发病率为 35 .5 % ,不同程度脂肪肝伴有肝功能异常者 4 2名 ,占脂肪肝患者的 2 .9% ,但基本排除由脂肪肝引起。结论 :因营养过剩引起的脂肪肝一般不会导致肝功能异常。脂肪肝的真正危害性并非其对肝脏本身的影响 ,而在于引起脂肪肝的原因———肥胖、高脂血症。Objective: To study the influence of fatty liver on liver functions. Methods: Examinations of abdomen ultrasound pattern, intravenous blood liver functions, and chest X-ray were made in 4 009 people. Results: The incidence rate of fatty liver was 35.5% , 42 people had abnormal liver functions along with variable degree of fatty liver, which accounted for 2.9% of fatty liver patients. Conclusion: Fatty liver caused by excessive nutrition generally can′t result in abnormal liver functions. Fatty liver is not very dangerous to the liver itself, but reasons which caused fatty liver-obesity, high lipid blood, heavy drinking can lead to cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases easilly.
