摘　　要：建立用HPLC法测定感冒通片中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量及含量均匀度的方法。采用KromasilC18(2 0 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ,检测波长 2 6 0nm ,甲醇 -水 - 36 %醋酸 (5 0∶5 0∶2 )为流动相 ,流速为0 8ml·min- 1,At=6 4,Cs =0 2 5cm·min- 1,10 μl标准进样器 ,外标法测含量。精密度及回收率结果良好 ,平均回收率为 99 4 7% ,RSD =0 5 %。方法准确可靠 。A HPLC method for the content and uniformity determination of chlorphenamine maleate in ganmaotong tablets was established. Kromasil C 18 (200×4 6mm, 5μm) column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water-36% acetate (50∶50∶2). The content was detected at wavelength of 260 nm. The flow rate was 0 8ml·min -1 . 10μl sampler and external method were used. The Precision and recovery of the method were good. The average recovery of the method was 99 47% with RSD 0 5%. The method was accurate and reliable. It can be used for content and uniformity determination of chlorphenamine maleate in ganmaotong tablets.
