摘 要:介绍了工控组态软件MCGS及其基于MCGS开发的锅炉液位监控系统。详述了该系统的硬件组成、控制方法、组态过程、组态软件的运行环境及在此运行环境下控制器参数的整定。该系统具有界面友好、参数在线整定方便、扩展性强等优点。MCGS的锅炉液位实时曲线输出显示系统运行稳定、可靠性高。该锅炉液位监控系统在提高工业锅炉计算机自动控制方面具有一定的参考价值,是值得推广应用的。The configuration software MCGS as well as the monitoring and control system of boiler level based on configuration software is introduced. Hardware design, control method, process of configuring system, running environment of configuration software and tuning parameters of the system are described in detail. The monitoring and control system has the advantages of good expansibility and interface, conveniently tuning parameters on-line. The boiler level realtime curve of MCGS shows that the system is stable and highly reliable. The monitoring and control system with definite referencable value is useful to improve the computerized control of industrial boilers and deserves to be widely applied.
