摘  要:〔目的〕了解广州市城区主要交通枢纽空气污染状况 ,为广州市环境治理及卫生防疫提供科学依据。〔方法〕用JWL -IIB新型固体撞击式多功能空气微生物采样仪对广州城区部分主要交通枢纽等六个监测点的空气微生物进行了一年的测定。〔结果〕各监测点的空气微生物月平均浓度 (cfu/m3 )分别为广州火车站售票厅 :2 82 7,天河客运站售票厅 :2 3 18,广州火车站广场 :1689,天河客运站广场 :15 69,区庄立交 :14 96和洛溪桥 :15 65。按室内、室外空气微生物污染评价标准划分 ,火车站 (北站 )和天河客运站售票厅的空气质量为普通级 ,其余四个监测点的空气质量均为较清洁 (Ⅱ )级。〔结论〕本研究可为广州城区的环境治理和卫生防疫提供科学依据。ObjectiveTo explore the pollution of airborne microbe around key traffic route in Guangzhou urban districts, the study on airborne microbe can be used for the research of health prevention and environment control measures in Guangzhou.〔Methods〕One year survey on the concentration of airborne microbe around key traffic raute in Guangzhou urban districts was conducted with JWL-IIB airborne microbial sampler.〔Results〕The results showed that the monthly average concentration of airborne microbe at the ticket office of Guangzhou railway station and Tiar he coach station, the square of Guangzhou railway station and Tianhe coach station, Ouzhuang overpass and Luoxi bridge was 2827, 2318, 1698, 1569, 1496 and 1565cfu/m 3, respectively.〔Conclusions〕According to“ the evaluation methods of indoor aid outdoor airborne microbial pollution ”, the air quality of ticket office of Guangzr ou railway station and Tianhe coach station was a common grade, but the air quality of Guangzhou railway station square, Tianhe coach station square,Ouzhuang overpass and Luoxi bridge was a cleaner (Ⅱ) grade.
