广东发展研究生教育的机遇和思路  

On Capturing the Opportunity of developing Guangding's Postgraduate Education

摘　　要：通过对广东经济现状与规划的分析,指出高层次人才需求将持续畅旺,而与教育强省比较,广东高校的研究生教育存在薄弱环节,主要问题是工科等社会急需的应用型人才偏少,广东研究生教育应采取若干战略性发展策略,以适应地方经济发展的需要。Analysis of Guangdong's current economy and its devlopment plan showes that high level talents, eapecially engineers and other practical talents, will be continuously in great demand. In order to meet such demand , authors argue that, universities in Guangdong should develop their postgratuate projects. Relevant developing strategies are then proposed in the paper.
