婴幼儿口腔内变形链球菌感染来源的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨我国城市儿童口腔内变形链球菌的感染来源。方法 :对长春市 2 0名儿童及其母亲、父亲或祖母、外祖母口腔内定植的MS进行了DNA限制性内切酶指纹分析。结果 :2 0名儿童共有 2 5种基因型 ,有 2 5 %的儿童具有两个以上基因型 ;4 0名成人有 73个基因型 ,具有两个以上基因型的为 6 7.5 %。在 18对母婴配对中 ,儿童与母亲有相同基因型的为 9名 ,占 5 0 % ;10对父婴中 ,与父亲有相同MS基因型的儿童有 2名占 2 0 % ;在 12对婴幼儿与祖母或外祖母配对中 ,与祖母或外祖母有相同MS基因型的儿童为 5名 ,占 4 1.4 %。结论 :在我国儿童口腔内的MS不仅来自母亲 ,也可以来自父亲、祖母和外祖母 ,主要是来自家庭内部 (占 80 % )。Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the infective Source of mutans streptococci in oral of Chinese infant and toddle Methods:Using chromosomal DNA fingerprinting with HaeⅢ endonucleases.Results:The analysis of 159 isolates cultured from the dental plaque and saliva of 60 subjects from 20 familes (20 children,18 mothers ,11 fathers , 8 grandmothers and 3 nurses) resulted in the identification of 98 genotypes ,which 25 gentotypes came from children and 73 gentotypes came from adult. Among 9 children whose genotypes of mutans streptococci matched that of their mothers,2 children whose gentypes of mutans streptococci matched that of their fathers ahd 5 children whose genotypes of mutans streptococci matched that of their grandmothers.Conclusions:This result showed that fathers and grandmothers as well as mothers can be sources of transmission of mutans streptococci in oral of chinese children.
