摘　　要：政治素质的培养与发展是一个社会人的立身之本。全面有效地实施大学生政治素质教育不仅是大学生个人发展的需要 ,也是全面建设小康社会的需要。提高大学生的政治素质 。The cultivation and development of political quality are as social person's foundation which sets up the body. Overall and effective political quality-oriented education to university students is not only the need of student's personal development, but also the need of building the society of well to do level.In order to improve university students' political quality, the political quality oriented education of the university should innovate constantly.
