摘　　要：目的　研究中药淡豆豉提取物的抗肿瘤作用。方法　采用稻瘟霉分生孢子法初筛 ,四唑盐 (MTT)比色法研究中药淡豆豉醇提物 (SAE)对人肝癌细胞株SMMC 772 1和QSG 770 1生长的影响 ,并与其原料黑豆醇提物 (HAE)作对比。结果　SAE可显著抑制 772 1和 770 1生长 ,并且具有一定的时间、剂量依赖关系 ,并且作用强于HAE。结论　SAE体外具有抗肝癌细胞作用。Aim To study the Anti-tumor effects of extracts from Semen Sojae Praeparatum (SSP).Methods Using the conidia of Pyricularia oryzae method and MTT experiment,the effects of the extracts with alcohol in Semen Sojae Praeparatum on human hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 and QSG-7701 were studied.The results were compared with those of the extracts with alcohol in Hei.Results The extracts with alcohol in Semen Sojae Praeparatum could significantly induce deformation of conidia of Pyricularia oryzae and could markedly inhibit proliferation of SMMC-7721 and QSG-7701 cell line in a time-dependent and dose-dependent manner.The effects of SAE were more obvious than those of HAE.Conclusion The extracts with alcohol in Semen Sojae Praeparatum had anti-tumor effects in vitro.
