摘  要:本实验分別进行了生物型医用胶与化学型医用胶对家兔眼外肌再附着于巩膜的粘合试验,与常规缝合法进行了比较,结果表明,应用化学胶眼的术后肌附着点强度达到了生理要求值。病理观察提示粘合眼的损伤比缝线眼轻。首创了生物胶与化学胶联合应用的方法。Reattachment of rabbit's rectus using α-octyl cyanoacrylate was carried out in this experiment and the results were compared with that of conventional suturing method. This research was also made for the reattachment of reetus using fibrin glue alone as well as combining the fibrin glue with a-octyl cyanoacrylate, the latter not being seen in the litetafure previously. 193 rectus of 56 healthy domestic rabbits were used in this experimental study. Experimental study proved that it is possible to reattach extraocular muscle to sclera by using a-octyl cyanoacrylate adhesive. The technique is time-saving, simple in manipulation and free from danger of sclera penetration by' suture needle during the extraocular muscle operation. Using fibrin glue alone in extraocular muscle is unsuitable.
