摘　　要：高校党建工作必须适应时代发展的要求,坚持创新,才能为社会主义现代化事业培养合格的建设者和接班人。本文围绕学校党建工作理论创新、组织创新、管理创新等方面内容进行了论述。The work of the party construction should not only fit in with the trend of the times, but also stick to bringing forth new ideas. By doing so, we can prepare excellent successors and constructors for socialist modernization.
