摘　　要：本文通过对“程序”的理性分析,得出对“程序”的正确认识,并在此基础之上重新确立“程序”与实体的关系问题。The author in this thesis acquired a rightful knowledge of the Procedure by analyzing rationally the Proce- dure,on the basis,reestablished the relationship between the Procedure and the substance.
