摘　　要：对34例麻痹性垂直性斜视手术矫正的观察,就诊断、手术设计原则,眼前节缺血的预防等进行了讨论。上斜肌麻痹是麻痹性垂直性斜视中最常见类型(本组占76.5％);下斜肌切断术为矫正垂直斜视的常用术式,其方法简便,安全,值得推广。34 cases of paralytic vertical strabismus treated by strabotomy were observed and analysed. The results showed that paresis of superior oblique muscle of eyeball was the most common type of paralytic vertical strabismus (76.5％ in this series) and myotomy of inferior oblique muscle of eyeball, which is a commonlly used procedure for correcting vertical strabismus, had the abvantages of simplicity and safety, hence, worthy of popularization. In the raticle some relevant problems such as clinical diagnosis, principle of operation design and prevention of anterior segment ischemia were also discussed.
