大肠癌患者血清sCD_(44v6)检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究大肠癌患者血清可溶性细胞表面分化抗原 s CD4 4v6 的表达水平及其临床意义。方法 :应用定量酶联免疫吸附 EL ISA法 ,检测 6 6例大肠癌患者血清 s CD4 4v6 的水平 ;同期应用免疫组化法 ,检测 s CD4 4v6 在其组织中的表达。结果 :大肠癌患者血清 s CD4 4v6 的水平明显高于正常人 ,s CD4 4v6 表达阳性的大肠癌患者血清 s CD4 4v6 的水平明显高于 s CD4 4v6 表达阴性的患者 ;s CD4 4v6 的水平与大肠癌的淋巴结转移及 Dukes 分期有关。结论 :血清 s CD4 4v6 可作为大肠癌辅助诊断及病情估计的一个重要的分子生物学指标。Objective:To determine the serum soluble CD_ 44v6 in human colorectal carcinoma and analyze it's clinical significance.Methods:The level of serum soluble CD_ 44v6 was measured by ELISA kit and CD_ 44v6 protein expression was detected by monoclonal antibody against CD_ 44v6 patients with colorectal carcinoma.Results:The level of serum soluble CD_ 44v6 in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal control. The serum concentraion of sCD_ 44v6 was higher in those patients with CD_ 44v6 -positive tumor tissues than in those with CD_ 44v6 -negative ones. The level of serum soluble CD_ 44v6 was positively correlated with lymph-node metastasis and Dukes stages.Conclusion:The level of serum soluble CD_ 44v6 may served as an important molecular-biological indicator for diagnosis and assessment in colorectal carcinoma.
