摘　　要：行政重复处理行为是我国行政诉讼实践中新引入的一个新概念。行政重复处理行为经历了一个产生和发展的过程,研究行政重复处理行为的内涵,分析它在适用过程中的问题,具有重要的理论和实践意义。This paper deals with the origin, development, and connotation of the act of repeated administrative treatment ,a new substantive in administrative litigation. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the problems in its executing procedure.
