摘  要:某轻型越野吉普车离合器壳体在特定区域频繁出现早期破裂损坏现象。基于离合器壳体的三维实体有限元模型 ,识别导致离合器壳体破裂损坏的弯矩载荷。在有限元仿真计算中 ,弯矩载荷的大小保持不变 ,但方向可调。研究结果表明 ,最大应力出现在离合器壳体裂纹萌发区域的弯矩载荷 ,其作用平面相对于汽车纵向垂直平面朝左倾斜约为 0°至 2 0°。这为通过改进传动系的支承条件 ,避免壳体出现早期破裂损坏提供参考依据。Crack damages occur frequently in a special area of the clutch case of a light-duty off-road car. Based on the 3D model of the case and finite element method (FEM) simulation, the bending moment loadings resulting in the crack damage are identified, where the bending moment loading are formed by the combined action of the engine and gearbox housings. In the FEM simulation of the loading identification process, the bending moment maintains a constant amplitude, but its direction is alterable. The results show that the acting planes of the bending moments which cause such a stress field that the maximum stress appears in the crack damage area of the case have an angle range of 0° to 20° against the longitudinal symmetric plane of the car. This can be a basis for eliminating the case crack damage by restraining the occurrence of the dangerous bending moments through improving the mounting conditions of the power-train system.
