摘　　要：目的　测定湖南侗族青少年苯硫脲 (PTC)的尝味能力。方法　采用阈值法 ,以 5号液为味盲界限。结果　侗族青少年味盲率为 5 18% ,男女间无明显差异 ,但尝味者平均尝味阈值女性 (9.32± 1.5 6 )明显高于男性 (8.84± 1.6 8,P <0 0 1)。结论　湖南侗族青少年是一个对PTC尝味很敏感的群体。Objective To determine the taste ability of Dong nationality juveniles to PTC in Hunan. Methods Adopting the way of deciding tast-blindness with threshold and demarcating the taste-blindness by the fifth solution.Results The taste-blindness rate was 5.18% in Dong nationality juveniles without obvious difference between males and females, but the average threshold value of taste was significantly higher in females (9.32±1.56) than in males (8.84±1.68, P<0 01).Conclusion Dong nationality juveniles in Hunan is a colony that is sensitive to the taste on PTC.
