适应WTO需要,加快实施高校双学位教育

摘　　要：WTO把高等教育作为服务贸易的一部分,我国已经加入了WTO,必然要面对国外高等教育的竞争,国家必须主动采取应对措施.国外的高等教育普遍实行双学位甚至多学位教育,但我国由于主观和客观的原因,多数高校还是让本科学生一个专业学到底,只有一个学位.为迎接WTO条件下国际高等教育领域的竞争,我国教育行政部门和高校必须进一步解放思想,与时俱进,更新观念,树立经营教育的理念,大胆实施双学位教育,以利于学生综合素质的提高,利于学生就业,利于复合型和创新人才的培养,利于经济的发展和社会的进步.WTO treat higher education as a part of service trade. As a new member of WTO, China will face and react to the competition from foreign higher education. In foreign colleges and universities, dual-bachelor degree and multi degrees are popular, but most colleges and universities of China, students usually finish only in one major.In facing to international higher education competition, our education administrative and institutions must change to the perspective of education business, give a promotion of dual-bachelor degree program in order to increase the students ability. It's also helpful to train them into composite and creative personnels, and good to the progress of economy and society.
