氩激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察氩离子激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法　对 6 8例经眼底荧光血管造影 (FFA )检查确诊为中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的患者分为治疗组 39例 (4 1只眼 )和对照组 2 9例 (2 9只眼 )。治疗组应用氩绿激光治疗 ,对照组不作任何治疗。随访 2月 ,1月时复查 FFA,对比分析两组激光 (确诊 )后1、2周、1、2月时的视力、眼底变化情况。结果　治疗组激光后 1周 10只眼治愈 ,占 2 4 .39% ;2周 2 0只眼治愈 ,占4 8.78% ;1月 32只眼治愈 ,占 78.0 5 % ;2月 35只眼治愈 ,占 85 .37%。对照组确诊后 1周 1只眼痊愈 ,占 3.5 7% ;2周 4只眼痊愈 ,占 13.79% ;1月 8只眼痊愈 ,占 2 7.5 9% ;2月 15只眼痊愈 ,占 5 1.2 %。两组差异有显著性 (χ2 检验 ,P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组无并发症发生。结论　中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变早期进行氩激光治疗 。Objective To observe the therapy effect of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC) by argon ion laser.Methods 68 patients with CSC diagnosed by fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) were devided in theraputic group (41 eyes of 39 cases) and compared group (29 eyes of 29 cases).Theraputic group were treated by Argon gree laser,compared group weren't given and therapy.Two groups were followed two months and undergone FFA after one month.Analysis the visual acuity and fundus vary of two groups 1 week,2 weeks,1 month,2 months after laser(diagnosis),respectively.Results In theraputic group:1 week,2 week,1 month and 2 months after laser,10 eyes,20 eyes,32 eyes and 35 eyes were recovered,occupied 24.39%,48.78%,78.05% and 85.37%,respectively.In compared group:1 eyes,4 eyes,8 eyes and 15 eyes were recoverd,occupied 3.57%,13.79%,27.59% and 51.7%,respectively,the difference being statistically significant (χ 2 test,P<0.05).There were no complications in theraputic group.Conclusions Once CSC is diagnosed,it well be treated with laser soon,the effect is safe and reliable.
