摘　　要：目的　探讨侵犯前颅底的鼻窦骨化纤维瘤的手术治疗。方法　回顾性分析 6例侵犯前颅底的鼻窦骨化纤维瘤的手术方式 ,其中 3例采用冠状切口加鼻侧切开 ,3例采用冠状切口加鼻内镜手术。结果　术后无并发症 ,随访 1年 6个月～ 7年无复发。结论　冠状切口加鼻侧切开术式能最大限度暴露病变 ,彻底切除肿瘤 ,减少并发症。冠状切口加鼻内镜手术术式不仅兼具上述特点 ,还可避免颜面部遗留手术瘢痕 ,符合微创和美容要求。ObjectiveTo evaluate the treatment of o ssifying fibroma in paranasal sinuses which invaded the anterior skull base. MethodsSix cases of the disease were treated, of which 3 by coronal approach assisted with lateral rhinotomy and 3 by coronal approach assisted with nasal endoscope. ResultsNo postoperative complications and recurrence had been observed by follow-up from 1 to 7 years. ConclusionCoronal approach assisted with lateral rhinotomy can provide an extensive exposure of intracranial tumor and is helpful for total excision of the intracranial tumor and decrease of complications. Coronal approach assisted with nasal endoscope possesses not only the forementioned characteristics, but also remarkable esthetic results without visible scars.
