摘  要:目的 :了解小球藻病毒PBCV - 1侵入小球藻NC6 4A细胞的溶壁活性。方法 :通过已建立的Lysin -NC6 4A细胞壁消解敏感指示系统 ,进行PBCV - 1病毒颗粒溶壁酶活的检测 ;应用冻融实验比较各种酶在溶壁过程中的作用。结果 :PBCV - 1病毒颗粒具有降解宿主细胞壁的活性 ,参与其溶壁活性的酶是几丁质酶、壳聚糖酶和 β- 1,3-葡萄糖苷酶 ,其中壳聚糖酶的活力高低并不与其裂解活性成正比。结论 :几丁质酶可能在PBCV - 1病毒侵入及释放过程中起主要作用 。Objective: To study the Chlorella NC64A cell wall-degrading activities of Chlorella virus PBCV-1 .Methods: The cell wall-degrading activities of Chlorella virus PBCV-1 were detected with the Lysin-NC64A cell wall-degrading activity detecting system and the roles of every enzymes on cell wall-degrading were compared with freeze thawing experiments. Results: Chlorella virus PBCV-1 can digest the host Chlorella cell wall specifically. The enzyme property detection shows that it contains three enzyme activities for cell wall-degradation: chitinase, chitosanase and β-1,3 Glucanase, but the enzymatic activity of chitosanase is different of its cell wall-degrading activities. Conclusion: Chitinases may be play an important role in viral DNA entry and the progeny viruses releasing, while chitosansase may be just a subsidiary component.
