晶状体脱位的现代手术治疗

摘　　要：目的 :探讨晶状体脱位现代手术治疗和后房型人工晶状体缝线固定的效果。方法 :采用闭合式玻璃体切除术联合后房型人工晶状体巩膜固定方法治疗 31例 31眼晶状体脱位。结果 :术后最好矫正视力 0 .8～ 1 .2有 8眼 (2 5 .8%) ,0 .3～ 0 .7有 1 1眼 (35 .5 %) ,0 .1～ 0 .2有 7眼 (2 2 .5 %) ,另有 5眼 (1 6 .2 %)视力 0 .0 5以下 ;有 2 7眼 (87.1 %)视力有不同程度提高 ,其中有 2 6眼 (83.8%)矫正视力达 0 .1以上。结论 :闭合式玻璃体切除术联合后房型人工晶体缝线固定术对晶状体脱位是安全有效的 。Objective:To evaluate the operation on the dislocated lens which combined vitrectomy with implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens.Methods:The operation of dislocated lens which combined vitrectomy with implantation of posterior IOL were performed on 31 eyes of 31 patients from October 1996 to October 2002. The follow up period is three months.Result:The visual acuity was more than 0.8 in 8 eyes, the best of which was 1.2 . The visual acuity was between 0.3 and 0.7 in 11 eyes.The visual acuity was between 0.1 and 0.2 in 7 eyes. The improved acuity were achieved in 27 eyes.Conclusion:The operation on the dislocated lens which combined vitrectomy with implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens is safe and efficient. The satisfactory acuity can be achieved.
