摘　　要：研究股权结构有助于了解我国上市公司的资本来源状况、收益权和支配权。文中借助分析指标,从股权集中度、股权集中程度、最大股东优势指数及各种股本比例等方面,对农业上市公司的股权结构进行了分析,明确了农业上市公司股权结构的现状与问题,并提出了解决问题的对策。With the development of securities market, the structure of shares for listed agricultural companies becomes a major issue gradually. This paper analyzes the data of shares of listed agricultural companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and in Shanghai Stock Exchange based on financial reports. Present situations and problems of listed agricultural companies are revealed. The countermeasures to the problems are advanced.
