大肠癌患者术后检测血清sIL—2R的临床意义

摘　　要：为了探讨血清sIL—2R水平与大肠癌术后患者病情各个不同发展阶段的关系,作者对44例大肠癌术后患者的病情进行评估,并检测sIL—2R水平,结果发现病情处于进展期患者的sIL—2R水平明显高于处于缓解期和稳定期患者的sIL—2R水平(P<0.01)。这一研究提示动态观察sIL—2R水平变化对监测病情可能会有重要意义。In order to investigate the relationship between the serum soluble interluekin - 2 receptor (sIL- 2R) levels and different phases in the patients with colorectal cancer,the levels of sIL -2R in 44 patients with colorectal cancer,whose condi-tion was evaluated,were mesured. The results demonstrated that the serum sIL - 2R levels of the advanced phase were signifi-cantly higher than that of both remitted phase and stable phase(P<0. 01). The study suggests that dynamic observation of sIL - 2R levels may have important significance in monitoring the condition of the disease.
